Our Purpose

The Leading Great Lives Foundation supports families and communities during the most challenging moments of their lives. Our purpose is rooted in practical, local action:

• Supporting families in Exeter, South Devon and the South Hams, especially those facing hardship or crisis.
• Building community hubs around our schools — safe, welcoming spaces where families can access early help, guidance, workshops, practitioners, and peer support.
• Supporting under‑resourced families with specialist services, access to advice, and targeted community programmes.
• Rebuilding the infrastructures around families, helping them access health, wellbeing, education and financial support.
• Enabling children to thrive in school, improve attendance, readiness for learning, wellbeing and long‑term life chances.
• Creating sustainable, long‑term community partnerships that strengthen the local fabric around each school.
• Ensuring every child can go on to lead a full, productive life, contributing positively to their communities and the economy.
