In April, the Motherborn Collective moved into the Kingsbridge Community hub. Since then, they have developed the range of services that they offer. Weekly baby and toddler sessions have grown in popularity, and they also offer breastfeeding and bottle-feeding support, peer support groups and hire of breast pumps and other resources.

In addition, they also work with other groups to offer baby massage and baby yoga sessions and in October, they launched the very popular baby Rockers group.

In the summer, we welcomed The Fidget Project to the hub. Lynne and her team offer specialist Occupational Therapeutic support for children with Sensory Processing Differences in the South Hams Community. Through a range of workshops and one to one sessions they offer support to parents, families and children in our local community.

In partnership with The Fidget Project we have an exciting partnership developing with The Quay Dental Practice to offer fortnightly dental outreach sessions from the hub. The aim of these sessions is to offer dental therapy sessions to families with sensory processing difficulties and those who cannot access dental services.
